No weight and that is a good thing because my body needs to recover.
Lots of cardio, lingrs and squats!!
I am just a big puddle of sweat, time to try and give my wife a kiss ;) she love sweaty kisses…

What I love about the programs that I do is that they push you just when you start getting comfortable.
I was sore from today’s workout but just starting to feel back to normal when BOOM!! they had me pushing hard again.
I hurt in the best possible way, but I am ready for Sunday’s rest day ;)
Do you have a preferred rest day to let your body recover?
Chances are when you do something new not only will you not be good at it you will be right down awful at it.
It can be scary trying something new in fears that we will fail, but trying is the only way that we will improve ourselves.
The important thing to remember is that even the experts anything were beginners at one time.
Yeah I am white, yeah I am almost 40, but I don’t care I do it for myself!!
Did you push yourself to the limit today?
They say failure is where we learn the most, and it is also where we grow the most.
Today I push myself and went to failure several different times on several different exercises. I wrote down at what weight what rap on which exercise I fell down, so next time I can push myself just a little bit harder and improve a little bit better each time.
It doesn’t hurt at all that when I work this hard iron my recovery drink which the calories don’t count against my daily allowance and it tastes like a Wendys frosty.
Is it hard? Do you feel like giving up? Do you feel like you can’t continue?
Good then you are pushing yourself to improve!
We don’t grow when we’re comfortable we grow when we deal with problems, challenges, and things that get us out of being comfortable.
Challenge yourself physically, mentally, socially and you will force yourself to grow!
What time do you work out at?
Happy Monday morning and happy beginning of the week!
So for the last little while I’ve been doing my workouts in the afternoon and I found him that I was being distracted by things that needed to be done.
So I decided to move my workouts back to 5:30 a.m., because that is what works for me.
We all have them, we’ve all use them, but when it comes down to its are excuses are just our way of getting out of something.
In most cases we can find a way to do something if we choose to, it may be hard, it may seem impossible at times, but if we put our minds to it we can do just about anything!
What is one excuse that you’ve used or are using?
It is confession time! I thought I was eating healthy through the holidays but yesterday was day one.
If you have ever been a part of one of my groups, you know that we track serval things at least once a month. So when I got on the scale yesterday and saw my way up from where I usually see it, I knew I had not been tracking what I had been preaching.
I am 2 months away from my 40th birthday and it is time to get serious and make these two months count. The only way to do that is to track what I’m doing, and push myself to do better! Workouts, nutrition, hydration and sleep!
