Can’t pass up a Friday with a little #FlexFriday.
Not to shabby for a 39 year and 11 month old.
Mother nature, thank you for the extra work out this morning, but seriously I don’t need more… ;)
I’m glad I was prepared physically to be able to to shovel once again.
At least the view was spectacular from the top of my driveway.
Happy Wednesday!
Here’s a challenge for you today , act like the person you have dreamt about becoming.
Have you ever heard the phrase “fake it until you make it?”
When we act the way we want to be, then we have no choice but to become that that we think and do. Remember we are what we think.
#MealPrepMonday is done for lunches.
I love salads because you can change everything up so much by adding a differnet veggie or trying a new dressing.
Today I added radishes to give it that little zest and this week we have the dijon Vinaigrette.
What do you like on your salad?
Mother nature has a way to mess with our plans, but its our choice to decide to stop or make the best of what we are given.
Sidewalks and driveway are shoveled now it’s time for some ISO speed hammer.
This might have delayed my start some that it will never stop me. Never miss a Monday!
Have you ever had borscht before?
My daughter made us a superfood borscht with kale, quinoa, beets, carrots, potatoes and I must say it is quite delicious.
Even if it is the rarest food I’ve ever eaten!

What is a quote that motivates you?
One of my fav quotes from my workout…
“It is not about getting chiseled it is about getting better then you were yesterday.
1 Minute of pushing yourself as hard as you can!! This can be a hard move so make sure that you are watching your form.
How many can you do in 1 minute?
VIDEO
Is it hard? Good is supposed to be!
If life were easy we would not push ourselves to become better, status quo would be fine.
Struggles give us an opportunity to see what we don’t like and if we choose the vision to find a better way or a brighter path.
Is your struggle a burden or a chance to make things better? It is your choice.
Wow! Thus morning was hard to get out of bed and not for the usual reason of “it is nice and warm under my blankets.”
This morning I woke up and was dehydrated. I could feel it and it wasn’t good. I downed 20 oz of water waited 30 minutes and thwn got my workout in. During the workout I drank another 20 oz. and feel like it is time for some more water.
What do you feel is the most important part of getting ready for a workout?
