They say it takes 10,000 hours to become an expert at anything that you do.
I have spent 30 hours practicing since the beginning of the year and while I cannot say that I am good I am for sure better than I was on day one.

Eating #health on the road it’s more challenging but it a choice if you are going to eat good or just eat whatever the road brings you.

I love salads because you can change everything up so much by adding a differnet veggie or trying a new dressing.
Today I added radishes to give it that little zest and this week we have the dijon Vinaigrette.

Just when my muscles were recovered it’s time to push them hard again.
It can be scary starting something new and pushing yourself to a new level because it’s unknown territory.
Use everyday to make yourself better and in a year you’ll be able to look back and ask yourself who was that person?
